Tahoe Blues Book Launch
Bona Fide Books' latest collection, Tahoe Blues: Short Lit on Life at the Lake, features flash fiction and microessays about the place we call home. Fifty-six writers met the challenge to create a compelling story in 500 words or less, and eight of them will read at the launch. We are fortunate to have such a wealth of talent in the Basin--please come out and enjoy this one-of-a-kind collection!

CALL FOR SUBMISSIONS
TAHOE RIM TRAIL ANTHOLOGY
Bona Fide Books seeks stories for a collection about the Tahoe Rim Trail. If you’ve hiked any section, we welcome your tales of the trail: humor, natural history, epiphanies, trials and tribulations, wildlife and weather—we want to hear about it! Mountain bikers, equestrians, trail builders and other workers are also welcome to submit.
Deadline: December 1, 2012. Word limit: 5000. Send to submissions@bonafidebooks.com.
A portion of the proceeds will go to the Tahoe Rim Trail Association.

Our Titles
Bona Fide Books is a small press that seeks to publish provocative and adventurous literature. We will promote bold, unsung writers and connect them with readers. In an alleged age of declining readership, Bona Fide wants to give everyone a reason to read.
