Submissions
Bona Fide Books seeks original, nervy manuscripts. Literary fiction of any length, memoir, and creative nonfiction are welcome at this time. No genre fiction, please. We are also interested in serials, graphic novels, and unusual guides to modern life. Send query with first 20 pages (for book-length work) or a sampling of shorter works to with “submission” and the title of work in the subject line to:

If you would like your manuscript returned, include an SASE. Manuscripts should be typed, double-spaced, and 12 point Times New Roman or Courier font with standard formatting applied.
We do not review incomplete manuscripts; please submit only work that is finished.
